I am many things, with many stories.

I have been a Registered Nurse for over 10 years, including Drug & Alcohol Counselling. 

I've done the studies and got the tickets in university and spiritual healing modalities. 

​

Most importantly I am committed to my own self-enquiry. I am dedicated to a path of self-responsibility and forgiveness as a way of life. It has not always been an easy road but I have learnt that helping others brings me joy and purpose. 

 

I am grateful for every individual I work with as it is always a process of mutual learning and I honor your bravery for seeking support. One of my values is respecting the vulnerabilities in others and myself.

 

I am deeply motivated to deliver non-judgmental support that allows an individual to express ALL of themselves. I offer a space for you to feel safe, express emotions and experience your unique soul connection. I believe your wounds can be your strengths. I believe healing is possible. I believe in holding hope for your healing.

 

I believe that talk therapy can keep us stuck and that embodied practices are pivotal in creating real change.  I weave a variety of modalities in to my work such as Hypnotherapy, guided meditations, Quantum jourmies, energy healing, movement, body tapping, breathing, journalling, creative expression and intentional living processes.

Often my clients report reconnecting to a more meaningful life or getting back on to their spiritual path after a session. The work we do together is a journey that includes the body, mind and soul.

 

I encourage you to be ready for change when you come to me. I guide you to lean in to your edge and develop the ability to expand out to be your brightest and most healthy version of self. I will remind you of your potential, push you a little and cheer you on for change.
